About Heartworks Farm

Welcome to Heartworks Farm LLC, a woman-owned family farm in the heart of Gilbert, SC.  Nestled in the Midlands recent growth corridor, our farm celebrates the seasons with fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, and vibrant cut flowers. We use sustainable farming, nurturing the land, and bringing our community closer to nature's bounty.  We are passionate about welcoming our new neighbors as we too were once new to this community.  

Our mission is simple: grow wholesome produce and beautiful blooms while fostering connection through farm-to-table experiences.  From our bi-weekly Greens & Blooms farm box, a bi-weekly flower bouquet subscription, and local farm markets to exclusive member-only small batch products like jams, goat milk soap, and invite only farm tours and u-picks, we offer a taste of farm life. 

Our farm-to-table catering (15-100 guests) and hands-on workshops-covering everything from gardening to floral arranging-invite you to share in the joy of local agriculture.

Rooted in the values of community, sustainability, and creativity, Heartworks Farm is more than a farm-it's a place where hearts grow.
